Description

Flores Yellow Caturra coffee grows in the areas of Flores Bajawa and Manggarai. The characteristics of the Yellow Caturra type are that the fruit is dark yellow when ripe, in contrast to other Arabica coffees which are dark red in color, using the Fullwashed process at an altitude of 1300 meters above sea level to produce Chocolate, Nutty, Herbs, Citrus flavors.
