The first event to be followed is the Indonesian International Expo in Mexico on August 3-6, 2023.  The Indonesian Embassy in Mexico with the Indonesian Trade Ministry held a trade, tourism, investment, and cultural fair entitled Expo Indonesia en Mexico (EIM) 2023 for the first time in Mexico (3-6/8). This event was held at World Trade Center Building in Mexico to commemorate 70 years of diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Mexico. Sombra Coffee had the opportunity to be one of the representatives from East Nusa Tenggara to take part in the exhibition. EIM activities were also enlivened by Indonesian cultural art performances by Indonesian artists, American diaspora, and Mexican citizens who learned Indonesian cultural arts through the Indonesian government scholarship program. From the local government side, the Deputy Governor of NTT who brought more than 25 entrepreneurs and cultural arts groups also considered that NTT's participation in EIM was a good opportunity to increase the potential for cooperation and introduce Indonesia's wealth to Mexico's people.

In addition, sombra coffee also participates in other international events, namely the Asian African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO) which held on October 15-20, 2023 in Bali. Quoted from its official website, the Asian-African legal organization or AALCO was originally known as the Asian legal consultative committee. The AALCO Forum is the annual session meeting of AALCO member countries. This forum aims to unite and fight for various interests of Asian African countries, especially in the field of law.

Indonesia had the opportunity to host the 61st AALCO forum precisely in Bali on October 15-20, 2023 and was attended by 91 countries. Sombra Coffee became one of the coffee providers for visitors and representatives of countries who participated in the activity. The quality of sombra coffee is undoubtedly the original coffee of NTT that presents the quality and taste of coffee which is representative of East Nusa Tenggara coffee and Indonesian coffee.
