This high altitude influenced its unique taste, which combines the taste of caramel, brown sugar, jasmine, and citrus fruit. 


Robusta Manggarai

Another critically acclaimed green bean comes from Manggarai regency. Planted on volcanic soil, with altitudes around 700-800 meters, this Robusta green bean is known for its nutty and chocolaty flavor. This rare bean comes from Watuatu mountains, which has an altitude around 1.300 meters.
